How can I make my rotifer culture into cysts?

I am going to be going on vaction and I would like to make my rotifer culture into dried out cysts like what I bought so I dont have to buy any knew ones. Is this easily done?

Just let the culture die and dry up. When you come back from vacation you can just siphon the sludge off the bottom or re-hydrate the culture and you'll have brand new rotifers.
