Yes & yes. But no stand.

It has 4 rock anemonees, camel shrimp,pepermint shrimp, blood fire shrimp, snails, yellow watchmen goby & lawnmower blenny.
Live sand & rock & crabs. And featherduster...
24watt compact flourescent w/ splash guard. Cooling fans w/vents....

Nice color on rock.
