macro algea in Toledo?

Anybody have any idea where I can get some good macro algea in Toledo or surrounding area? I am looking for Cheato or Graciliara. All the stores around here seem to only stock Caulerpa and I don't want to use that for the fact that it is not fish edible and it has the potential to go sexual and pollute the tank.

I have Chaeto, but there is Caulerpa mixed in with it. Caulerpa is fish edible, my tangs LOVE it. I treat them to a snack often.

Are you interested? there is no way I can split them apart.

Tropicorium has a whole tank full of macro. I think its $5 a bag.

why is there no way to split the caulerpa and the cheato?

they are growing together and intertwined with one another. You can try to pull them apart, but I believe that you would never get it all and it would grow anyway. I can give you some if you want to try to pull it apart.

i got some macro from jen and it has gone crazy!!! more so on the cheato....the caulerpa is starting to die off because the cheato is just going NUTS!!!!! the stuff she gave me was awesome! all kinds of little critters growing in it!! HTH

There's a guy up in Monroe, MI. He sells on ebay. Customer pick/up is ok. Email him on the side..might be cheaper that way.

it's all good I ordered the tang haven variety pack from ipsf.com kinda expersive but I am getting both ulva and gracilaria. still might keep cheato in mind, but the fuge is pretty small, might not be room
