They sell what you need at Wal-mart surprisingly. It's a 2 bit dremel kit.

Are you wanting holes drilled for 3/4" or 1" bulkheads? If so, the holes will need to be a lot larger. I know Reef Chief has a diamond drill bit (1-3/4") for 1" bulkheads and drills holes for $15/hole.

i bought a tip for my dremel that supposedly will cut glass and ceramic tile, i'm gonna be using it to drill some holes in a 20H since i'll be down-grading my tank due to my move next month... i'll let you know how it goes, if it works you're welcome to use my dremel if you wanna buy another one of the tips, they're only like 5 or 10 bucks at lowes...
