Lost my Copperband :(

Copperband butterflys are known to starve to death in captivity, but that isn't how mine died. I found him sucked up against a Seio this morning. One of my Seio's is very close to one side of my tank, and pretty much parallel to the glass, he decided to swim into the narrow space and got stuck :(

I'm pretty bummed. The fish was very healthy, eating mysis regularly, and never nipped on my clams or anything else. Just venting...

I saw a few at Mermaid, which is one of the only stores I'd buy one from, but they looked a little skinny so they probably were not eating. It has to be eating for me to even consider it.

The last one I had ate mysis only, but it loved it. Usually they waste away, I was really sad when I saw what happened to it. They are beautiful fish.

Not long, maybe 8 months.

I was at twins yesterday and it looked like John had a few, not sure of the condition of them but I did see a few
