When I first started out with corals, I understood once or twice a week feeding was good. So, that's what I did.

Well, I went away on vacation for a week, and my house/pet sitter fed the tank every night. Boy did I see a big change when I returned! Everything in the tank grew. Even the monitora cap. has new growth, and it grows so slowly.

So, I concluded that the corals like being fed nightly, and have kept that up for the past month.

Just thought it was an interesting observation.

When I feed corals, I do it right before ligths out. I leave them on for a few minutes, and then turn them out. All that have sweeper tenticles seem to come out with lights out and gobble it right up!! :)
