I purchased a 2 x 96w PC retro kit from "csufman" (Jeff) recently. I used Paypal to pay him and he sent the products immediately. The light(s) and the ballast worked just as he had said. One of the lamps broke during shipping, but Jeff insured the product, so no worries!! He sent me a check to replace the broken bulb.
Jeff could have kept the insurance money and walked away. He didn't do that, he followed through with the sale and sent me a check for the broken bulb.
Jeff is honest and does good business and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
