Got Ich

Hey guys,
The new Hippo has ich. What is the best and easy way to deal with this? Or should I wait it out, or will it affect my whole tank?

If you can catch and give it a freshwater dip do it, otherwise wait it out

How long should I dip it for? RO/DI or tap? Will me trying to catch the fish stress it out more than it had already thus making the ich worse?

Garlic, didn't think about that one. I do have a bottle of it so I will try that in the morning.
