Argh, The weather is screwy!

After several days of summer like weather in the high 80's it has turn to low 60's cloudy and windy with thunderstorms in the forecast :( All for my day off with no plans other than to go diving, Oh well, just have to wait for another day. Looks like Blackfish is safe for few more days at least :D

That's NY for ya. I assume you meant diving locally... What's the water temp there?

I'm in Rochester, and dive the finger lakes (boring) and St. Lawrence a few times a year (awesome!) However you are the closest ocean to us here, and I've always wanted to try diving there. I've dove as far north in the Atlantic as Deleware.

Playfair, the water temp is right around 50. Just warm enough to be comfy with a full wet suit. This is a good time of the year to go diving, few to no crazy boaters to watch for :D If you ever come down my way bring your gear and I'll be glad to take you out diving :)

LocalBoy, Welcome to Reef Central. Hawaii, Hmmm, I'm jealous. I spent a week in Maui several years ago, great Diving and Snorkeling :)
