well last night Sarah dragged me to Cerro Grande for margaritas and i was in no shape at 7:30 when i got home to work on the tank  after all i havent had but maybe 2 liquor drinks in the last 18 months, and tequila is the reason i quit (reduced) drinking  after last night i know why.

i had a pro-clear aquatic rated for a 55, and a sea life systems rated for a 75. they were both really good skimmers for the money, but they were both cheap :D

Well? You have had plenty of time to hook it this morning. I think you even had enough time to get that RO unit up out of the floor as well! Unless your at work.:D

I just figured that you might consider cutting the grass for exercise. That way you have no excuse not to hook up the RO unit. If you need more you can cut mine!

 both of you guys crack me up.

i had to run to HD for work today, so i got the part while it was fresh on my mind. if all goes well over the next two days i should be able to get my RO hooked up, my new skimmer running, and my vivarium completed (except planting :D).

thats a 2 day old project, a 6 month old project, and an almost 2 year old project all coming to an end the same weekend. man i will feel accomplished......if i do it all :D

so that makes 4 projects completed, one 18 months late, one 6 months late, one a week late, and one a day or so late (depending how fast i should have had the skimmer up).

Everythime I here talk about Tequila I think about the time I tried to get a bar as a bartender in Columbia. I went in an filed out an application. A friend of mine worked there and another friend was in town so I thought, hey stick around and have a few drinks. We started in on the tequila around 11 o'clock. By midnight, I was sitting out on the curb behind the bar vommiting when the manager came out and saw me in mid hurl. Needless to say, I didn't get the job.

That's funny Dave, He should have figured that if you can't hold your liquer that you wouldn't drink up all his profits:beer:

Landon you could do like me and sit on your butt and do nothing:rolleyes:

You all need a neighbor like my new one..
He can't stand to see my grass soo tall and comes over and cuts it for me:bum:
I got rid of my rider when I moved to the beach....now I need another one.....anyone got a riding mower they want to get rid of????

well the first two cups were just pure water so i dumped them back in. the third was aa little better. good enough i didnt want to pour it into my tank. the fourth is much nastier looking, yohoo consistency id say :D

im sure once it gets going ill be getting some pudding out!

ive got the grass done and the stand ready for the viv. ive got one more thing to do in it, then itll be coming in the house. Sarah is actually letting me put it in the living space too!! cant wait to get pics up of it. i think its looking good, but ive got a biased eye

Landon, I wish I had your energy;)
I'll bring you my tank to do next:p
should I do my 75 or that 65?

OH BTW I talked to Dolphin about my am3000 and they told me to
send it to them and they would fix it or replace it for me ..For FREE!!!!

I would recommend them to anyone needing a large pump
you can't beat that kind of customer service:smokin:

Timmy, thats good to hear about the dolphin. ill keep that in mind when i need a large pump :D

you could bring either the 75 or 65 over. i have to admit though, i dont do jobs for other people, just help. unless of course there is a contract involved. but i must admit, im not cheap..........or fast :bum:

seriosly though. you should consider doing something similar with either of the tanks. i thin if you wanted straight jungle the 75 would be sweet, but the height of the 65 would work well with a nice water level.

heres a pic of one of my favorite 75s
