Well everyone, after an extemely long day the Southdown has landed in Central Illinois. Thanks so very much to W2 for all your help. Thank you to James, John and Peter for helping to unload the sand at Pets Ltd.
Spongebob, your bag of sand is at Pets Ltd. James paid me, so you need to reimburse him.
If anyone knows of someone who is still looking for sand, I brought 65 extra bags home, just in case.
Have them email me at Tramsd1@att.net if they are interested.

Guys,

There is an easy way to put that sand in an established reef without the cloud or so little that it clears in a couple of hours. Your way sounds like two days with a big pump and good filter.

Just placed 1/2 of one bag in my tank. Since I have an established DSB I only want to cover 1/2 of the bed. Clouded up as expected so I went to lunch. Came back a hour later and the tank is a little clearer :) I am amazed at how busy the worms have been! The sand at the front of the glass is covered with worm trails. I now have a better appreciation on how the worms play a vital role in moving nutrients into the bed.

Thanks Again Tim!

Todd

If there is anyone left who still needs sand contact me ASAP, it is almost gone. Like I said, this is a one-time trip for me.
