Is it possible to use the bost. reefers logo as an avatar for all members of the reef club ?

What's an avatar in relation to computers? I guess you're talking about the little image some people include in the lower left hand corner of their posts?
I think it's a good idea for those who want to use the logo, but Scavdog created the thing, so I guess it is his property.
Hell, I'm not even sure how they get those little images in their posts. Must be something on the Profile page?

I actually saw the logo on scavdogs site, now I'm not sure if its a personal thing or not. I'll leave it up to scavdog. It would be cool to have our own logo as an avatar( the little picture/logo under your screenname or in your signature)for our members. Kind of an associative or representative effect.

I second that! A lot of clubs (wisconsin, RPI) have logos which members use in their signature. Scavdog, may we?

go to your profile. find your signature.
type in the following, without the quote marks:

["img"]http://www.scavdog.com/reef/images/brlogo-grey.jpg["/img"]

that should do it!

you guys can also post in html format.

fill in width and height to whatever pixel amount you want and it will resize how the image posts.
