Living close to the beach, I don't get out to the west side very often, limiting my ability to follow the directions previously posted by somebody else on this board. I would really like to stop by and see your shop though, considering the impressive posts everybody has for you here.

I'm going to be in your neighborhood on Saturday so I'm going to try and stop by and see what you have.
My NFMAS card has an April 2005 expiry date on it, but Joesph or Mike can vouch for my active status with the club.
Just want to make sure I'll be able to take advantage of the discount.:D

This does bring up a point though. The club is all about participation, not dues, etc. This being the case, you are supposed to attend at least one meeting every 3 - 4 months to get an updated card. If the card has expired, those shops that give us discounts don't have to give you the discount.

But, we don't seem to be handing out cards at every meeting.
I was at Charlies' in June, but never got a new card.
If you miss the meeting when the new cards are handed out, then the card you have will expire before the next time they are handed out.
At least that's what happened to me.

I'm not sure what the best way to handle it is...

Generally speaking, cards should be at every meeting and I try to remember to ask if anyone needs a new card. If I forget to (as I did at Charlie's), just ask me (or Joseph) and we'll get you a new card.
