Whats in a Name

We briefly talked about a group name maybe we can make a few suggestions and then set up a poll on here so we can vote

Also I talked about T-shirts if you go to my website www.surephotography.biz you will see I have an on line store.. and we can set one up for our group and sell T-shirts with mine I just add $1.00 on the price but we can do it to help raise money for the group. Also Oasis Tropical Fish donated a Frag that we can auction off or even do a raffle to help raise funds..

if we get a couple bucks we can run a little add in the classifieds to announce our meetings

hey tom, I never got a list of phone or web addresses, did you guys get them? I say lets get a number of people and come to a starting price and lets roll with it. sounds great.

As far as a name for the club, are we considering combining the Sierra Vista and Tucson groups? If so maybe we could go with something like, Souther Arizona Reef Organization (SARO), tried to make the acronym sound southwestern :p. I think we could compare to some the groups in Pheonix if we did combine our groups and maybe the RC moderators could even combine our forums into one. Everyone chime in here and let all know your thoughts on this.

I do not mind a SA Reefers club... I think a real Snappy name could also help draw members..

Did any one look at the store on my website it is a great way to get little things for the group and cheap and give a a polished look

if we can come up with a name and logo I can set up a store for us and make it so we can get mouse pads coffee cups t shirts ball caps even BBQ aprons

and set the price 1 dollar over cost then the club can make money to buy pizza and things like that

Sounds and looks cool, 1 thing! The name needs tank or aquarium or something in the name. It sounds like were growing pot ...Ie Reefer. My family was laughing waaaay to much. How about reef club? SA Reef Club or Tucson Reef Assoc. i dunno?

So far we are in a free store.. they set the min prices and you can go up as much as you want I just raised the prices $1. hoping we could pay for a full store and offer more items for sale
