My Ph has been hovering right at about 8. (At the end of the day prior to lights turning off)
When I dose B-Ionic it does go up to 8.08 to 8.12.
I just read the PH meter and it's at 7.97.
Do I put more #1 in to increase Ph? More #2? Or am I going the wrong way to increase PH?

I wouldn't add an alkalinity suplement to a tank to raise pH without knowing the calcium and alkalinity values prior to addition. It may not be the best way (or may not work at all). FWIW, a pH of 8.0 isn't too low. I'd like to know the morning pH low, however, to see if it is even lower.
A second question to answer is why the pH is low. Is it possibly a measurement error? Are you using a CaCO3/CO2 reactor? Do you ever add alkalinity?
What you should do to correct a low pH will depend on these answers.
If adding alkalinity turns out to be the answer, then it is the alkalinity portion of B-ionic to use. I don't recall offhand which part that is, but it is clearly labeled.
