My husband is home today with his supplies, all ready to make rock. I was hoping that there might be some inspiration for him- shots of either the process or the finished product. He's trying to make a base piece with an arch to connect two "mountains"...

Hey Laura,

Do a search for DIY live rock here on RC. There is a few that Rocky pointed out to me and they have some really nice rocks. It took me a few trys to get the texture and shape I wanted.

The new rock looks identical to the store bought rock in my tank. Our tank looks better now than ever before. It adds a new demension when you can create rocks with your own aqua scape design in mind.
