Time for a cook out!
Think about this.

Marinated centercut pork chops, 1" thick, about 8 oz ea
Grilled Corn on the cob
Grilled whole potatoes
A big ole salad, peppers, onions, 'shrooms, carrots with a tomato vinigrette
And a ice cold glass o' tea!
Plus a few grilled garlic shrimp for good measure.

Recipe from the Dark Side:

Marinated centercut polychaete worms, 1" thick, about 8 oz ea
Grilled Aiptasia on the rock
Grilled whole Aeolid nudibranchs
A big ole salad o' diatoms, expelled zooxanthellae, 'shrooms, with a skimmate vinaigrette
And a ice cold glass o' kalkwasser!
Plus a few grilled Cryptocaryon cysts for good measure.

Hmmm. On second thought...
I like hes' recipe better.

Grill heck, fire up the smoker!

1.Lean pork ribs, slow smoked with hickory to a perfect tenderness and basted toward the end with your finest sauce.
2. Baked beans pressure cooked to perfection and then vitalized with brown sugar, onions and all the rest of the secret stuff the wife throws in.
3 Potatoe salad with real mayo :D
4. Buckets of ice cold beer to wash it all down.

Man, you guys can keep your seafood :D, my mouth is watering thinking about the above.

I don't know what Boston butts is, but if I ever "did" Boston butts, I wouldn't admit it (or I'd claim I was drunk at the time).

Hes, don't pay any attention to these un-initiated northerners and CA beach-bums :) I've had plenty of Boston Butt, and I Like It! :D ...A better butt you'll never find!... :D

You shouldn't have told them about that...They didn't even know about the butts; we've not sent them any in over 100 yrs! :eek: We've been keeping them here in the south, and making others think it was some type of flaming-female-impersonater ;) ...Now that they know, we'll have to explain cooking methods, and meat-pounding rituals... :D
