my favorite there, the Indo-Pacific reef

in their classroom was a model of the reef

there were tons of tangs, angels, butterflies, damsels....you name it. there were tons :D

this was their anthias reef. about 6 square spots is all i could make out.

this was a cool habitat with a couple regal tangs, a few yellows, firefish and a few other smaller fish. there were also a few clams in the upper portion.

and these cool pink zoas in the display.

this guy was in a neat "dockside" display with a bunch of anemones.

there was also a nice display with leafy and weedy dragons. and an octopus habitat. both (along with the dockside) had very subdued lighting, so a good pic was deemed impossible.

it was nearly impossible for my cheap camera to obtain a good shot through the 10" thick curved acrylic, but i manged to snag a few cool shots.

there were some huge morays in the large display. i believe they were confined to this very quiet darker area though. i took 20 pics (at least) and this was the only one worth while, however there were about 10-12 visible, up to about 5' long.

and this was the coolest thing we saw all day. i followed this guy around for about 15 minutes.

their non-marine habitats wee okay. some people have told me that their dart frog habitat was top notch. i didnt even take a pic of it i was so disappointed. the iguana habitat was pretty cool though. i snagged a good pic of one basked out!
