Summer is coming ~ need to get feedback on the scheduling of future meetings.

I am hoping that all members respond to this thread to give us an idea on how to schedule summer meetings.

Please let us know if you can attend weekend or weeknight meetings. If you can attend both please say so.

Hopefully we can get a good idea on how to enable most of our members to attend meetings during the upcoming summer months.

I am already thinking that Sunday evenings may be our best option but won't know unless most of you provide your input.

The current morning format works best for me. I'd like to keep my weekend evenings open for other endeavors. I can do either Saturday or Sunday.

Seeing that I get up at 3:30 in the moring for work weekday nights just wont work along with Sun. night for the same reason.

Im also for the Sat-Sun morning-early afternoon

In summer I can make any weeknight, or weekends are fine too. If on a weekend I would prefer afternoon or evening, I'm not much of a morning person! We go away a lot on weekends during the summer though, so it would just depend on the weekend. ~michelle

I can probably make it weekend afternoon or evenings but would actually prefer weeknights in the summer I think.
It doesnt matter whatever you guys decide. Sunday night sounds good to.

I second that not a morning person thing, but I do that not for me, but everyone elses bene. I hate to burn a saturday evening, but anytime is really ok, I thought you were thinking of rotating times so that some of us could make 50%.

I am one of those 12 hour swing shift guys so some Sunday nights would work for me and some won't. It doesn't matter much to me I will come to the ones I can make.

Well any weeknight after 5 is fine for me weekends are good saturday after 3 and anytime on sunday...

Well, although I only have off a total of about 3 weekends this whole summer, I'll at least offer my oppinion. I feel Sunday evenings should allow the best turn out. As for me... it's a lottery if I can make it or not.

Sundays don't work too well for me. If I am not working one Sunday I am usually out of town the next. My schedule changes every week but I love mornings!;) Weeknights are good too.

Sunday evenings would be my last choice. Sunday nights are usually a "winding down the weekend" night and getting ready for the week. I'm guessing I probably wouldn't be able to make to many Sunday night meetings.

Mornings on the weekends, 10-Noon.

Week Nights after 6:00 or Saturday afternoons, Sundays mid day early afternoon. Not all weekends are available due to National Guard Commitments
