James, have you considered that you're a swell guy and everyone wants to be like you because, doggone it, you deserve it? It's true!! And how do I know that? I read it right here on this board!!

Oh! Don't worry about your game, the water will go away and you'll be back to your quest of becoming a scratch golfer!! :D Remember: Don't try to hit the ball!! Just let it get in the way of a smooth swing!

I normally begin my morning by standing in front of the mirror, looking deeply into my eyes, and telling myself (over and over and over), "I'm a swell guy. Everyone wants to be like me. And, doggone it, I deserve it."

But this morning, after 4" of rain have threatened to wash out my morning golf game, I was feeling especially blue. I couldn't convince myself that I was a swell guy. So, I thought I'd come here for a little positive reinforcement - maybe just a little stroking.

I'd surely appreciate any help you all could provide.

TIA, James.

hehehe, you want "stroked"??? http://geocities.com/r337m0nk3y/net/smileysex5.gif MUAHAHAHAHA!!! Sorry dude, couldn't resist. I can't relate to yer golf game, cuz I don't play, but I know it's a bummer when yer plans get rained out. My deepest sympathies...(pssst, hey...wanna blue pill? Might make ya happy! http://geocities.com/r337m0nk3y/net/boldblue.gif ) It's kinda funny, when I make plans to go 4wheeling, 4inches of rain would make my day! LOL!!!

I was secretly hoping, in my heart of hearts, that someday, I'd warrant a blue pill.

Don't take the blue pills!

Don't you wonder why Q refuses to take them but offers them to you! http://geocities.com/r337m0nk3y/splarka/as-beat.gif

You don't take blue pills when you are blue!...Take the red pills to counter the blueness..All pharma-psycho's know that! :D

have fun guys!...jim

Rained out tee times are truly devastating. Sorry for your loss.

Rain stopped you? I would have thought you would be like the priest/minister in Caddyshack. :)

Well, thanks to your encouragement, I went out and played anyway. Yes, it was slushy, but I needed an excuse (any excuse) for the way I played this day. Once again, I feel like a swell-stroked guy.

Thanks again, James
