I browse this forum just because I used to go to Furman, but I live in Knoxville TN now. If you have a question you could post it on the East TN reef club forum. HTH

...but as far as I know, this is a pretty silent forum.

Good meeting you last night Timmy. Did you end up getting the tank from craig?

Hi Chris,
It was nice meeting you as well.

I can't decide what to do about a tank.
I like the 180 but even at a good price it's stoll alot of $$.

I'm looking at a good deal on a RR 125 and it's not that much
smaller than the 180:hmm2:

I saw a 150 today that I like the looks of?????

Have you been keeping your eye open in the used equipment forum. All of those tanks you are looking at are a heck of alot bigger than mine so they all sound good. The larger the tank the more money overall (rock, stand, lighting.....). I'll keep my eye open for you to see if i notice any good deals. It sure would be nice to have a brand new tank though.

Hi Chris,
Yep New is nice.
I bought my 75 new.
From what I've seen, you can by new or get a used tank, stand, canopy and maybe some equipment for about the same price as a new tank.
I have been keeping an eye on the sale forum.

Lighting isn't an issue.
I have 2 new 400w XM bulbs and 6 400w ballasts.
