Metabolism: Reefers v. MH

After hosting a recent reef club meeting, while cleaning up the basement where my tank is located, I noticed an unexpected side effect of the meeting. The temperature of my tank went up two degrees during the meeting. I can only conclude that reefers generate substantially more heat that 750 watts of MH lighting.

Either that or the beauty of your tank got them all hot and bothered. he he :D

The next time we get a blizzard and the electricity goes out, I having a reef party. Should keep the tank temp up at least.
