Frags?

I have had my tank up for a while and am now looking to ad some corals. Just wondering if anyone is looking to get rid of some frags. Nothing too expensive please. Thanks

rick I have some small leather frags that I would be willing to part with .Was going to wait till they got bigger and take them to pet world or aqua pets and trade them but you are welcome to look at them and we can make some kind of a deal if you would like .email me if interested

Hey Rick, Looks like i won't get up there this weekend. I forgot about this being Easter weekend and all the family activities this weekend. I will get up there next weekend. I forgot to mention that i also have some anthelia that you can have if you want it.

Iam not sure what kind it is I got it from scott at bellvue about three years ago he wasnt sure either .It has tripled in size since I have had it and it drops babys quite often I have two large ones that I got at the same time .rigth now I think I have seven small ones .I will let you guys know when Iam free .I will try to post a pic when I have time

I have several frags available.
8 small pulsing xenia
2 leather corals (similar in shape to yellow leathers but not the bright yellow you see in photos) very pretty parent colony though
1 small green star polyp rock
1 cabbage leather (might already be spoken for)

Been trying to get colt coral to hold the rock long enough to attach but no luck so far. Anyone know of a fool-proof method?

I'd trade for SPS, cured live rock, large base rock, or nominal cash.

I would be interested in a xenia (for cash) after Rick gets his stuff - it is his thread after all. I'm making my first trip to AquaPets and Pet World tomorrow. I'll be looking for my first coral ----- finally. This tank has been up since the first of January and it's time.

Sounds like you're both looking for Xenia and that's one thing that I have plenty of.
I'm in Lincoln but will probably make a trip to Omaha on Saturday if you're both interested.
Is $10 too much?

Send me a PM and we'll set something up. I usually just go to Pet World but might go to Aquapets since I've never been there so those are the areas I'll be in if you want to meet.

Aquapets is nice, but a lot smaller than Petworld. Usually have a pretty good selection, but it really depends, because it gets bought up quick.

I'm in for the Xenia, just let me know where your meeting.

Well, now I'm not too sure. I can't make it today. Tomorrow I'm busy until about 3. So, the best I could do would be something like 5 tomorrow afternoon.

Ok Guys, I've got you all down for frags of the purple monti. I haven't got it fragged yet. I'm going to pick up some more rubble this weekend and will get it fragged. If you guys want to wait a couple weeks for it to encrust the glue, thats fine by me, otherwise digitata are pretty hardy as I'm sure most of you know and should be no problem if they aren't encrusted. It's your call. If you don't have alot of experience with sps frags in general, I'd suggest waiting for them to encrust.

Would like to sell the frags as previously stated, but will also consider trade.

I'm ok with it not being encrusted, I have plenty of rubble I can get it attached to. Whatever works though.
Also, what kind if price are you thinking? I don't really have much for trading at the moment.

I was hoping to get like $10 a frag, especially since I'll have to drive to meet you guys, Now I feel like a jerk after complaining of high prices.

If you think that price is out of line, I'm sure we can work something out.

I'm ok with $10, that's usually what I like to spend on frags anyway. If they don't do well, it's only ten bucks. If they do take off, then it's a great deal! Sounds like a fair price to me, as long as it isn't a really tiny frag :D

Sounds good guys. I think I'll get these babies cut this weekend and then sit on them for a few weeks. Some of the branches I want to frag are kinda small, I'd like to give them a chance to grow out a little instead of sticking you with a small frag. I just want everyone to be happy with the frags.
