boar hunt with wife

i drug my wife on a boar hunting trip below augusta....now she wants to go back and shoot one herself....it was the first time i have killed anything in 24 years....as far as my wife goes...the thought of her carrying a gun sends chills through me.

wow, i would love to visit your showroom. i am going on a weeklong hog hunt in may...the wifey is tagging along and wants to do some pork shooting...keep me in your prayers.

Really nice hog. What did you use to take it?

i used a 308 cal. reminton 700. for the one in the picture i shot one 5/19 with a 221 fireball from 25 feet away...that is the closest i have gotten to one sneaking up from downwind.i had to chase her for 75 yards and send a second shot into her cranial cavity.

Nice. I have taken 2 total with my bow. That was a while back however. The .308 is a great caliber for sure. Do you deer hunt as well?
