Looks nice, I especially liked the top down pic. Is that a 15H tank? What are some of the tank specs? Skip

The metal halide stays on 9 hours a day, and the refugium is on a reverse cycle to even out the pH between day and night. I do a 10% waterchange almost every week. Run carbon every once in awhile. I dose baking soda and calcium chloride in large amounts. I feed flakes, pellets, frozen food, fresh shrimp, mysis, cyclopeze, and DT's once in awhile.
That's about it.

Nice looking tank! Why'd you "toss" your SPS?

Tank looks great! I like that clown. Are you still using the 20K bulb? The lighting looks different from the July/March pictures.

I tossed the SPS because I couldn't keep up with the calcium uptake. I could either buy a reactor or get rid of the SPS and I couldn't afford a reactor.
The bulb in the first pic is an iwasaki, 50K I think. And the second is a 20K BLV.

Thanks for the comments
The substrate is sugar-sized aragonite. With some crushed coral live sand mixed in a long time ago.
thebrian - I think I've got a frag of some orange skirt ones if you're interested
