Cheap IO salt

I will be coming from waupun up to coral boy farms, where is the cheapest stop for IO salt, anywheres in GB or in Appleton or does coral boy sell buckets or bags of IO?

you mean instant ocean, right? PetSmart in appleton actually price matches their prices on their website, you just have to print out the page and bring it in with you. It's almost 1/2 the price as it is in the store. The 50 gallon bag is $9.99, and I think the bucket i about $32. I just got the bags last time, they didn't have any buckets in. If there's a Petsmart by you they probably do the same thing, I'd just call before you go to make sure.

Petsmart may not have it in stock at the store though. I bought 2 buckets from them a month or so ago... they said they normally don't stock it because no one buys it. Maybe they are now though, since we are buying it. :D But that was exactly what I was going to suggest. Otherwise call up a couple other stores, like petco, and ask if they would price match from their competitors. I think petco in oshkosh does, but I'm not positive on that.

I have a relative that mkes it up to foster smith from time to time, I stock up and do not pay shipping... just bought 3 buckets for 100 buck - a zoids.

32 seems to be the targeted price... but watch the bucket sizes - they have been playing games with the gallons. I broke it dow by price per gal. and bought 3 defferent brands, Kent/Instant O and Red Sea... with the 30 gal, just bringing up the salt used 1/2 a bucket!

yup Petco also price matches. The great thing is that they pricematched Petsmarts online price and forgot to add shipping, so I paid around $32 for the 160gallon bucket.

Picked up a 160 Gal mix from petsmart in appleton, just bring in the online page for proof and got a pail for 31.99$ and a 50 gal mix bag for 9.99$
