what do u think about this light (http://www.aquatraders.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=12) on top of a 21g or 20g nano setup? if the tank it's like 24" in lenght and this light "fixture" extends to 24" will the light cover all the surface of the tank? will I be able to try some sps or a nice clam with this kind of light?

That should work great for the price and good for a 20g nano. You might want to see if there are other companies selling it on ebay or something though.
