I have never posted a pic of any of my tanks so I thought I would borrow my roomates camera. I like it set up a little differently that most here it seems, I love lots of green macro around the corals (no room for a fuge, put it in the tank ;)) tell me what you guys think, here is the front shot

A closeup of one of my favorite corals, the camera doesn't show how green these are under just normal lighting. you can also just barely see some zoo's that hitchhiked in on one of the first pieces of live rock i ever got when i was starting back up on the hobby. stayed one polyp for years but lately it has been growing very quickly.

Here is my 7 year old anemone, i think it is a condy, any other guesses?

Comments, critisisms sugestions? it is really hard to show all the stuff in this and get good angles, plus the camera made any macro shots fuzzy . sometime i will try to get a camera with macro mode and show some of the hidden corals

Thank you very much :) I am using 2 2X9 watt coralife power compact fixtures. both have one 10K and one actinic light in them. I need to change the bulbs in one of them pretty bad though (i am kinda suprised the bulbs havn't burnt out yet)

That's pretty interesting. Very lagoon-ish. I have to say, that neomeris growing over on the lower right side is the biggest I've ever seen it.

Pretty cool!

Its just a pentagon aquarium that i got at wally world, had no internal filter so i am using two hang on back filters for water movement and mech filtration.

as for the neomeris (ahh, that is what it is called) it has always grown huge in my tanks. in my 55 i have a couple rocks that used to be in a skilter on the back of the 5. they are a carpet of that stuff just as big.

thanks for the complaments guys :)

are neomeris easy to keep? do they need a lot of light or some other food? the tank is amazing.

thanks!
