I have a 10 nanotank set up near my computer monitor (on the same desk) and have found that the filter and pump cause my new CRT 19" computer screen image to vibrate. I suspect it is electrical interferance, as putting foam both under the monitor stand and tank have made no difference. Neither has plugging the tank equipment in an outlet seperate from the computer strip. Has anyone ever experienced this and solved it? The troublesooting manual with the computer monitor recommends removing any other electrical sources from near the monitor as the only solution to this. I'd like to keep the tank where it is, so I can admire it while at the comp. :)

there is no other way but to move your pump or filter away from your monitor....
