new 12g nanocube

Hi,
I just started a 12g nano today. I used the live sand and live rock from my old larger tank, and the water from that same tank.

I added 2 firefish, emerald crab, few corals and cc starfish. Is this too soon with a new tank? I want to add my seahorse to it. But I think I will have to wait a week.

Will this tank go thru a big cycle?

depends on how long your main tank has been running. Also, if you left the rock out of the water for very long, it will have a cycle. Even if you transfered everything very quickly it still may go through a mini cycle. I would just keep an eye on it. :)

Thanks the big tank as been up for a couple years. I have been slowly taking it down this week.
