Hello from Italy .

I started a month ago a nano reef tank .

My tank ( I provide a photo :-) ) is a 15 lt

http://www.utenti.lycos.it/webgandalf/foto/intero.jpg

15 lt
121 W pl ( 3x27W 860 - 2x10000K 11W - 2xblue 9W )
2 pump 350 l/h
5,5 kg LR

I change 2 lt every week .
Value tank today is :
- NO2 = 0
- NO3 = 2,5
- PO4 = 0 ( I used rowaphos to have that value )
- KH = 10
- pH = 8,2
- Ca = 400
- Mg = 1300 .

I have this problem .
From the start I see this this on a my Live Rock but in the start i don't give Him too importance , now that thing is doubling ( 2x ) from the start .

Can you tell me if I must take out that or can I let he in is rock ?

Thank you so much for your help :-)

Hi Mauro. That's some awesome looking rock you have in the tank - looks great.

I'm not sure what it is that I am supposed to be looking at in the photo. Can you zoom in on the object in question so I can get a better look at it? Thanks!

btw...if I had to hazzard a guess, something hard and white and growing larger could be coraline bleaching, but I need a better pic.

Hop over to Dr. Ron's forum and post it there. He's gone until Saturday though, so you may want to wait till next week to post your request. Be sure to read his sticky on how to request an ID.
