Ballast Wiring

I just got my ice cap 3000 ballasts and am running one 36" vho with it. actually two 36" vhos but using seperate ballasts. the diagram is limited and when it comes to wiring a ballast, obviously, so am I. The ballast has two red and two blue wires that i assume go into one endcap. i think i just splice one into the other and stick one into the end cap. it has two yellow wires that go into the other end.
The ballast has white, black, and green wire which i assume is the power hook up but which is which. ANy help on figuring this out would be wonderful.

Glen--Have you checked their website? There are pretty clear wiring diagrams posted there.
