Help on light for 25

Hi everyone, I don't know why a 24" light are so darn expensive. I want to put 130 jbj pc, but I am up for any info on these or anything else. MH VHO, but trying to kep the $ as low as I can.
If any one has any light that would work or know of any sites with good info then please pm.
