What is the smallest tank a pair of Banggai Cardinalfish can be expected to breed in?

Saddly i can address this. I saw a eclipse 12 the other day (at a LFS) that had a pair of banggais and a clump of macroalgae w/ babies banggais swimming thru the macro. Sickened me.
I would suggest to you that a 30gal would be the smallest i would ever try. I guess as a last resort a 20high, but adult banggais are big fish (okay good sized not big)
