not they are standard mag. The 400 is only 3 month old, 250 are like a year

Yeah my electric bill jumped up $40 this month since i have been using my 2x 400w PFO HQI ballast. Sure it's nothing like Toms though.LOL

yea, im sure mine will be nice and low too., jazzy, they are 400 standard ballast, no hqi, that is why im selling, i want hqi:D

I just bought the 400, i need to get 125, possible to get it down with some frags though. I paid 167 + 25 to ship it, so its still a deal I'll sell the 250 for 110.
