Cloudy/foggy water

Hi

I have asked this question before, but am not having much luck in getting answers, so would be really really grateful for some advice. When I first put the lights on in my tank in the morning, the water appears almost steamy or foggy, after about six hours it seems to disipate. Is this normal is there something more I should be doing?

All tests on the water are OK and the fish/inverts don't seem unduly concerned...unlike me!!!!!

My first step in trying to figure out what was goin on would be to determine if the cloudiness was due to bubbles or solids.

If you take out a glassful, can you still see the cloudiness? If you let it sit (10 min, and hour, etc), does the cloudiness rise, sink, or remain the same?
