im the new guy

i just wanted to say hi... i am the new guy here...i just got a tank from a friend a few weeks ago..not much in it...it is a 55gal with overflow and sump and stuff...i am very new at this so any help would be great...i have meet with ED and he is great,,,,nice tank aswell...he told me about this site so i thought i would say hi...i can wait tell you all have the next meeting...cant wait to meet everyone...my tank is old but i got it very cheap and it has a big bubble coral in it...sweet....ill try and put a pic up...but this is my first time on this site so i hope it works...talk to yall soon....

woo hoo.....Ed gave me a few green zoo's a few hrs ago and two have opened up....im so happy....thz ed...

well there were about nine little bits...i put them in 4 places and most all of them have opened a few...they look like everything is going to be okay...i even put 2 on a power head and both have opened and faced up....its so neat....

Welcome to the hobby. There's some great people here in town. I live down the street from Ed, next time you're over, ask him to bring you by to see my tank. (not that there's anything spectacular to see in mine :-)

Feb 26th sounds good to me for a meeting.

The frag auction Feb 6th is starting to sound pretty good to me, If I can ride with someone. Let me know if you check out some of those fry under the microscope.

hey Ed... it there any cheap frags you think will do okay in my tank...maybe some mushroms or more zoos???How about a brain..?? Can i put zoos of different colors next to oneanother??

Actually, I found out this week, I'll be in San Antonio for the last week of February, so I won't be able to make a meeting on the 26th. Some time before the 22nd, or the first week of March would work for me. I'm leaving for Spain March 12th, will be back on the 21st.
