Best bait

I decided to finally go all out to try to catch my mantis. It's getting more aggressive these days and I figure it's time to get it out.

Anyway, whats the best bait to tempt him?

PS> I promised somebody I'd save it for them a few months back, but never caught it. Can't remember who it was though. Anybody want him now?
