Carbon Dioxide!!!!

Hey everybody,

Where is the best place to get some CO2 around here?

I've had my calc. reactor for a couple of months now and I think it's about time to fire it up.

I go over to Roberts Oxygen on Hamilton St.
They're really helpful there and even know a little bit about reefers...

ditto on that one. They've gotten to know me over the years. I'm in there every 8 months or so (more often if I don't crank the regulator down tight enough!!)

I have heard from a relative with a kegerator that its cheaper to get filled at Fire-X, but I havent confirmed it myself. $5 vs $15 from what I have been told(on 5#)

HEY - John, there are several places in hanover air park. The place I use is Virginia-?-? Have been dealing with them for 10-15yrs! (sorry- can't remimber name) Rich. phone book, gases. I will look up- if you are really interested! PM-me

I checked out some leads here. I checked Roberts Oxygen and was quoted $22.50 plus some tax to fill up a 10 lb tank.

I then called Fire-X to check out how much it was to fill a 10lb tank and was quoted $5.25. I would have to leave the tank there and pick it up tomorrow. Given the huge price difference, I'll be checking out Fire-X and let you know how it goes.
