I purchased a aquamedic calcium reactor from him, he said it was almost new looking, he wasn't kidding. Not only that but he did a fantastic job of packing. He was also understanding as I thought i had already sent money via paypal, but it screwed up and never got sent, and he was very understanding and asked if i would try again, which i did and it sent. Many people would have overreacted but he kept his cool.
