Seed sand and Macro?

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody had any sand they were interested in getting rid of so that I could seed my DSB. I was also looking for some chaeto for my fuge... Any little bit would help and would be appreciated. I do not have any frags or things to trade for yet... I do have a bag of Southdown that I would be willing to part with!!
