Hey all,

I was just wondering what anemone (other than the carpets, as they get too big) would be my best chance for success with 2 tank raised occelaris clowns? I was looking for one that is nice and colorfull. All applicable anemones would be greatly appreciated :D....so far all i could think would be a bta...Any stories of success with tank raised occelaris clowns and anenome's (other than the carpets) would be GREATLY appreciated! thanks!

wish I could give you a success story here, but this is what I have happening:

1 rose bubble
1 green bubble
2 tank raised ocellaris

where do the clowns stay? on a 4" patch of bare sand in the front of the tank... wiggling around like they're in an anemone (*groan). Neither one even seems to notice the anemones in the tank with them. This is not a natural hosting situation, as I understand, but I read that the false percs would take to a BTA. Hope you have better luck.

Our 2 tank raised ocellaris (adam and eve) live comfortable in a LTA. In the beginning only the male took comfort in the anemone, within two weeks he had "taught" mama to dive in and enjoy their new home.
