This is a common question and there is a thread for it. But I just ordered some today from a place called Gulf Coast Ecosystems, go to reefcentral home page, click on forums, scroll down to special interest groups, click on Marine Plants & Macroalgae and then take first message on vascular plants. I found this from there http://www.liveplants.gulf-coast.net/macroalgae.htm. I phoned the guy and he seemed nice enough. This is my first order from them so I don't know how good it will be but it seemed like their prices were by far the best both on product and shipping. Good luck.

I highly recomend Chaetomorpha which is also known as brillo pad algae. It is a very fast grower but will not attach itself to your inhabitants which makes it very easy to remove what, when you want to. Mine is always teeming with starfish, amphipods, copeopods and everything. Great for establishing a critter presence.

All of mine is still in Des Moines, Iowa. Otherwise, I would share. Here is a link to an ebay auction selling it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=66794&item=4341352498&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

thanks, I got a bunch form a LFS and it does keep on growing. Will be taking some to a local reefer's meeting soon in hopes of a trade.
