This post was thrown up on Reefs.org, but no one knew. I figured that most of us being from Jersey someone may know. My uncle used to deal with Otto when he had that place on Route 22 across from the Pet Shanty, and he said Otto always went out of his way to help. Anyone know where he has gone.
