All, as you know I will be hosting the next frag off (and believe me there will be plenty of beer). Let me give Jay a special thankls for hosting the most successful frag meet yet, and man what a sweet tank (particularly that carolinia, lol)
But since we live in a democracy, and since its election month, I decided to let the people vote on what night works best for the next meet
1) Thurs Dec 9
2) Sat Dec 11
3) Sun Dec 12
I am open even to hosting friday, but experience has proven many people have plans more often for friday than saturday. Please express your democratic right by responding to this thread with your vote. In the event of a tie, we will do a recount, every vote will count, Brandon is in charge of chads, lol.
In addition, I do agree that we could cover topics as Mike presented. I would like to propose a DIY section as well, since I know my 5ft skimmers, calc reactor, and setup will warrant discussion (for those of you that hate cleaning filter socks, I came up with a damn good idea!)
If anyone has any suggestions I am open to suggestions
ALso, I posted a response to another thread about visiting Dr Mac, say the week before or week after the meet. We could probably arrange a bulk discount if we have enough people (my caddy holds 5). This would be a neat experience and a real opportunity to pick up some smoking frags! Let me know if interested
