I can not give you a name but, that is an SPS. It looks kinda like a turbinaria.

I also thinks it looks like a turbinaria (common name: pagoda). SPS or LPS is a matter of opinion (they aren't scientific terms). Most things that I've read place turbinaria in the LPS category, but like I said, that classification is arbitrary.

i consider Turbinaria as LPS. and they're common name isn't "pagoda"... the one you posted is most likely Turbinaria reniformis which is known as Yellow Scroll Coral.

Reniformis has smaller polyps than other Turbinaria spp. and is reported from higher-flow regions.Often they will take an encrusting form but yours could be the kind that whorl.I consider them all LPS.

this isnt mine, its some1elses, i jsut wanted to know so when i buy that frag i know what it is. it is an encrusting form because the main colony is encrusting the rock that its on, thanks everybody, how much do you think a frag of that is worth?

Yeah,T.reniformis tends to encrust alot.I'd say if the frag is about 2" its worth 25$
