green alegy on candy cane

did somme body ever experience that ??
my candy cane dont do verry well ,they have some kind of green hair alegy on the skelletin close to the polyp

the alegy is only on the coral no alegy probelems at all in the tank

i had this happen, just scare it off, what it is is that the coral is not getting good flow through the skeleton so detritus and nutrients are being trapped in there which is fuel for algae
