wooooohoooooooo it worked!!
Ok here is my 58 gallon after I have significantly reduced the micro bubbles. It is 5 months old and I am stocking slowly with clams and sps. Here are my specs.
PH 8.1
CA 400
Alk 4.7
PO4 0
NO3 0

My lighting is dual 250 watt MH w/ 2 VHO actinics
I have a beckett skimmer made by Geo
PM calcium reactor

Right now I just have a bunch of cerith and astrea snails, an algae blenny, 2 fighting conches and a maxima clam. Got the clam 2 1/2 weeks ago and is doing great!!
