Well, here we go. I got the tank set into place tonight. I have an AGA 180 w/ corner overflows. The back has been drilled for five 1" bulkheads and one 1.5" bulkhead for a closed loop. I have a Seq Aspen Value Flow w/ SW seals (4300 gph) for the closed loop. Underneath will be a 125g sump/frag area. I made a beckett skimmer w/ Iwaki 55 that I will be running the system. The return will be provided by an Iwaki 40 (for now) w/ a tee to feed the refug. The refug is 55g and located side wall above the main tank. Sink is in the corner opposite the refug. RO/DI will be hooked up tommorrow and tank filling will begin. :)

The stand is 1.5" x 2.5" steel. The fishroom side has a pratt truss to keep from having a center brace. The viewing room side has a center brace. Thanks davetkoch. Thread on the stand design. (http://archive.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=410117)

that's crazy how much thought and preparation you've put into that tank! i'm super impressed :-) looks like it's coming along great.

Yep, sure did.

I have had no internet for the past couple weeks. I will have some updated shortly.
I have the false front cabinets on minus doors (on order).
full of RO/DI saltwater. No leaks now :D
100g Rubbermaid in the garage to hold the old 75g. I need to find some Berghai Nudi's to rid the aptasia.
more to come. Must do some searches now.
