Hi Antoine, how's it hanging?
Keith re-aranged the reef tank at work and found a Bubble coral that is in bad shape. The coral itself is 3/4 dead, but is budding on the corallum. Honestly, it looks as if someone had sneezed on it. I am aware that it is probably starving, so I put it in my refugium and dosed the tank with cyclops-eze, and will target feed mysis later. Will these buds become viable coloneys in time? Anything else I should do for it? (Besides step on it?) My tank is beginning to look like a foster home for declining corals. :D Thank you! -Your loyal, butt-kissing pal Jen

This is, as you have seen, an incredibly hardy coral at large. Indeed the buds can/will survive... the key is small frequent feedings. Cyclo-eeze is a good staple or sig. part of the diet to help this. It will take some months time to yield viable divisions... but they will come in time :)
